The Alicudi Apartment is a two bedroom apartment provided with a spacious double bedroom with air conditioning and TV, a single bedroom with a king size sofa bed, en suite bathroom with shower stall and washing machine, kitchen and spacious living room provided with an extra king size sofa bed. The apartment is equipped with washing machine, electric oven, utensils, sheets, pillows and towels for each Guest.

The apartment can host from 4 up to 6 people, considering that the two king size sofa beds are quite big.

All the apartments are furnished with new and modern furniture.

Moreover, every apartment is provided with: fridge and freezer, Kitchen utensils (such as colander, ladles, rubbers, pans and pots), salad bowl, big table with 4 chairs, mop and mop bucket to clean, broom and dustpan, drying rack, wardrobes.

The apartment is given clean and provided with sheets, pillows, and a full bath towel set (shower towel, big and medium size towel) for each Guest.

It is possible to ask for extra clean sheets and towels by paying an extra fee, and is it also possible to ask for an extra cleaning service throughout the week by paying an extra fee as well.

The shared area is provided with beach umbrellas, sun beds, baby area and barbecue for your convenience.

Furthermore, our Guests will have a special price to hire and use the sun beds and beach umbrellas run by the chiringuito in front of the Residence.

From the Residence in a few minutes by car, it is possible to get to marvellous tourist sites such as the Ciriga seashore (famous for its sea stacks and for the enchanting bay), the Cava di Ispica (archaeological site with prehistoric necropolis, Christian catacombs, rock oratories, monastic hermitages), Ispica (famous for the Loggiato of Sinatra in the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore, the simulacrum of the Christ at the Column, and the paintings of Olivio Sozzi. Then you can visit the Church of S.S. Annunziata where an ancient simulacrum of the Christ’s Cross is guarded), Modica ( since 2002  belonging to the list of the UNESCO World Heritage Sites for the beauty of its historical town centre plenty of Baroque architectures and now worldwide well-known for its tasty chocolate), Ragusa Ibla, Noto (also known as the Capital of Baroque), Marzamemi (famous for its beautiful fisherman village and the typical Tonnare – tuna fishing nets and fascinating buildings where the fished fish was worked out before selling), Scicli and Donnalucata (fascinating places also film set for the famous TV series “Inspector Montalbano”).

It is also possible to book trips, cycling tours, guided tours, theme tours, local wine-tasting tours, boat trips, yoga lessons, deep sea fishing and diving.

We have also agreements with some hiring cars companies and we can provide a transfer service from/to the airport of Catania and Comiso if requested.

Lastly, just 100 mt. away from the Residence there is also a pine grove (under our management) with a kiosk, some tables and chairs, where you can sit, relax and enjoy the cool of the Mediterranean scrub.
